Digital Gift Cards (Australia & New Zealand Only)

The Digital Gift Card can be purchased from anywhere in the world, provided the recipient has an Australian or New Zealand residential address.

Ladora Digital Gift Cards are emailed to your nominated email address and can be redeemed on our website which is www.ladora.com.au.

Please note: You are liable for all transactions on your card except when there has been fraud or negligence by us or our employees. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Please contact our customer support team if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to a digital gift card.

Material & Size

The sterling silver 925 post is relatively soft and it can be straightened gently with hands, it doesn’t affect wearing.

Most earrings are sterling silver 925 post. However, we recommend you purchase cautiously if you can only wear pure silver and gold.

Please refer to the actual product received as the size is measured roughly.

Return & Exchanges

If you change your mind within 30 days from the date you purchased, you can obtain a refund if you have your original receipt or proof of purchase. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange your items. Items returned must be in their original sale condition.

Unfortunately, the earrings or hair accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. We also cannot refund or exchange gift cards.

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping over $50 applies to standard shipping or free shipping over $60 applies to express shipping. If you want your order to be prioritised, an express post option is available to customers for a flat rate of $9.95(free over $60). All deliveries are registered and shipped via Australia Post. It’s important to us that you receive your purchases in a timely manner.

During sale and promotional periods, your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch.
